    4. Whose Personal Data We Will Not Process?

      1. We are not processing your personal data if you are from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) or the United States (USA). We determine your country via IP address and, following this, we limit your access to the Game.
      2. It is impossible completely excluding the situations when the accidental personal data processing of users from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) or the United States (USA) may occur. If this happens, you should contact us via details mentioned in clause 3.1 of this Privacy Policy, and we will promptly erase corresponding data from our servers and inform our partners about it.

In this case, we use the standard contractual clauses (the "SCCs") under Article 46.2 of the GDPR.
